Founded in 1995, the Hoffman Partnership Group Inc. (HPG), is an executive recruiting firm specializing in sales and marketing opportunities in the consumer packaged goods industry. We are a WBENC-certified woman-owned company. Our clients include major Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods companies that market products in the beverage (soft drink, beer, water, alcohol), food, and health and beauty aid categories. We also work with companies in the office products, apparel, and software industries that look for people with a sales and marketing background in the consumer packaged good industry. 

We have placed people with our clients in positions such as Director of Sales, Director of Field Marketing, Director of Category Management, Category Managers, Direct Store Delivery Sales Manager, Key Account and National Account Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Broker Managers. Category Analysts, Soft Drink Bottler Manager, and Field Marketing Manager. Typical compensation for these positions ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 base salary. We place people in all areas of the United States.

Knowledge of the Industry

Founders Lisa Hoffman and Brad Hoffman have been in the recruiting business since 1995. This experience coupled with our previous Procter & Gamble sales leadership experience is a winning combination for industry knowledge. We have over 25 years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry with companies like Procter & Gamble. Lisa spent 12 years and Brad spent 14 years with P&G in sales management. We have held many of the positions - leading sales organizations, category management leadership, leading customer teams, account management, and trade marketing - that required the skills that you desire in candidates. Knowing these skills helps us quickly identify the best candidates that will succeed in your company.
